CPU Shuts Down Randomly
Shut down the PC again, and look for clumps of dust, especially around the fans, vents, and heat sinks. I ended up replacing the machine since the mobo and processor were 4 years old. Did not change.I suspected my network adapter was the culprut, so I disabled it, and installed a wireless net work device. Computer Shuts Down Randomly Not Overheating

Probably the psu wasn't able to power the GPU enough and the GPU is heating up while watching movies or gaming. Get More Info or there is some other failure with the memory.
