What confounded me was why bios kept getting changed when this happened. Splunk also mentioned drivers. It is either the CPU motherboard I guess. I just typed in extension 24 pin and 72 of them appeared. navigate to this website

I've seen a lot of issue with AData RAM. It seems to start easier, so the battery probably needed to be changed anyway as it is ~ 8 years old. Power off, Starts up fine.
