Yes I have tried, even tried restoring it to like 2months ago, but it says that it cant be restored because nothing has been changed. i have uninstalled steam and reinstalled all my drivers are up to date as far as I know. The pc restarts and then i can continue the game, and sometimes it works for hours and sometimes does that again. It did. otherwise it won't spin at all. it basically will automatically overclock your gpu to it's thermal limits when the gpu is doing something stressful like gaming. or something like that ?
