Advice On New Speakers And Sound Card


I have had Dell out and they replaced the motherboard. My Problem Is The Speakers. The only thing I can hear is static and even when i plug the headphones into the jack on the control i hear static. So, apart from upgrading her laptop to Windows 8.1, any other advice? this contact form
