So I tool the hard drive and connected it to the external case and linked it with my other desktop, retrieved the files from this drive and formatted the drive. The weird thing is that when set to LEGACY mode they all show up.. if not you can try and boot into safe mode and remove all of the older drives till it boots. Thanks.
