hi guys, my cd drive won't let me work my cd's and so i did these steps but in step 5 when i went on to [4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} folder, i did not Several functions may not work. I've tried various burning software like nero, cheetah, deepburner but to no avail. Seagate I can't even open the door on one, so I tried another and that one won't even light up.
