Another HD Prob - Hard Drive Is At Location 0?

In the disk manager you can see both the physical and the logical hard drives connected to the computer. External Hard Drive Not Showing Up In Disk Management
You are not going to be able and plug the drive in and pick it up with windows or any standard software. The problem is it won't allow me to click it. I just googled to this answer to the same problem and your suggestion fixed it. Any help would be really appreciated!

At the DISKPART prompt, type: select volume nSelect the volume, where n is the volume's number, whose drive letter you want to assign, change, or remove. I re-installed it twice still nothing.

Your software looks like it can rebuild the MBR but I can't get your software to open any drives even the known good ones in and attached to the computer. In Admin tools I can see the drive (as 3 different drives X,Y, and Z) but Win Explorer doesn't pick it up.
