Adding Third Hard Drive Please Help


I have to start at "start windows normally" and then tries to boot further but then blue screens and says disc drive is not configured properly. They offer one HDD as default with the PC while purchase and provision enough compartmental space to add a second HDD in future. I have seen it show up in my BIOS and if I access the Device Manager I can see that the system recognizes it there.
