Basically their are two connecting strips for the video card on the board with 2 screws each, one at either end. i would remove AC,, remove BATT,, then press power button a few times to drain any excess power before attempting the CMOS reset suggested... and when it goes to the screen where you choose how to run windows cause it wasnt turned off properly, i choose what it says and it goes to a blue and then select "Enable VGA Mode" and press enter 2 times. Buy an external use enclosure for notebook hard drives 2. I haven't downloaded anything or installed anything new, however, recently my charger stopped working and I replaced it with a new one. I went out and bought an extra mother board and fixed it.

I checked all modules as best I could but found nothing loose. Sometimes one of the two memory slots goes bad (somehow). So I had them do an unlimited data retrieval which cost another $150 since I have more then 10GB. It worked fine again.
