Is there any way of running a diagnostic on the computer? It's a dell laptop and the problem is that when I press the on button I get a orange led light that would last 5 to 8 seconds and then turn When I press the start button it runs the bios meter which goes to full. I don't see anything else being powered on not even the cpu fans or even the post check ect I don't see anything.
