Go figure. Although for several months I was having this issue with just one battery and now the other and now even when just plugged straight in to power plug(not knowing I can i tried going into the bios and check the power supply and it detects the adaptor but says its only 50w but i know its 90w. Software and security is all up-to-date, and there are no other issues with it - please help!!!

Windows will detect the battery discharging, but the battery will be absent on recharge (power light will stop flashing, but charge light will remain flashing).
