Could it not be ? surely when its picks readings up of over 90c the fans should kick in? would that come as part of the fan package or is that a separate item i would have to purchase. I'm not even 100% certain the 212 will fit - i think it just might, but i need to open the case and measure inside to be certain.
What CPU cooler/heatsink?You should run a stress test instead of the game and just monitor it while you testing it. whatever. It should be cleaned with rubbing alcohol on both surfaces, reapplied, and then put back in evenly. Have some heatsink compound ready then wipe off the old, smear some new on and put it all back together. The thinner it is the better. UPDATE: the heatsink is hot... useful reference Regardless, having temperatures this high will shorten the lifespan of the CPU.

Ironic but the idle temps are ~30C ... Use cotton and alcohol (little).
