Reinstalled Windows, reset CMOS, and it still wasn't detected. Also, the GPU fan was only at 57%, therefore the temp couldn't of been much over 60 degrees Celsius. Have you had any success with a earlier driver? I didn't see an option for power consumption though (like NVIDIA has).
