Please read all of the forum rules. If no viruses are found and your computer continues to eject the tray after rebooting out of Safe Mode there is a TSR or other background program causing the issue. My problem is essentially the same as the guy in the link you pasted. Floppy inserts you. All Rights Reserved. I may open it up to check anyway but want to be sure before I go spelunking in there...as it was FINE when I left and fine when I first booted
