Can I Upgrade Toshiba Satellite 1410-s102 Processor?

So i think the BIOS gets corrupted. is there a solution or i should give up? So I made a search for the string "bios 1410" and I got 4 BIOS that matched this model. Tried a million passwords,e.g. http://windowsrefund.org/can-i/can-i-upgrade-toshiba-satellite-pro-s2400-103-to-1gb-ram.php

I have replaced hard drive and increased RAM, rebooting through A: drive before worked fine.
