Ask ! If your game is crashing while going full screen, try playing in windowed mode. Tried it with tessellation set to Normal, and that also went through the scenes no problem.Weird thing is, after doing some searching it doesn't seem like Skyrim implements tessellation.
Photoshop CS6 works so slow on my windows 8 computer. Something is just not installed properly. DisplayLink recommends using the latest available software for movie playback. For example I opened an image that had a couple of different shades of black and grey but photoshop is displaying it with a slight shade of brown mixed into it.
Problem: Some third party graphics drivers assume the position of their displays and try and control DisplayLink displays.
Thanks Ed for this tip: I went into my Advanced Options and turned the Drawing Mode down to basic. I will update with results of how replacement card runs. If the DisplayLink adapter is installed as display 2, and configured to extend mode, then the ATi application disables it - because nothing is plugged into the VGA port.
