ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Display Driver Problem. PLEASE HELP ME

I've tried booting from another disk and also driving my Dell flatscreen monitor using the DVI - VGA converter, so eliminating the digital cable and the monitor DVI input from the Ask a question and give support. Go to Device manager, click on Display adapers, click your video card, click the Driver tab, click Uninstall, check the "Delete the driver software for this device" box and click OK.
