AMD Athlon 2600+ Barton Runing At 1200
since i'm a noob, i recently i came up with the method ... Can anyone tell me what an amd athlon XP 2600++ overclocked to 3200+ speeds would equal in a Pentium 4 system? We were going to buy a new PC, and CPU amd athlon XP 3200+ 2,166Ghz, FSB 400MHz, 0,13, B, Box is the same price as CPU amd ... FOr my CPU i just had to bridge 2 pins to get 1.85v, if i find the guide i wil post it for you. Mine was running nicely at 1800 out of the box.Dang nab it anyway.

I have that board & the 2800+ but have never been able to post when I modify cpu external frequency or multiplier in the bios. Athlon Xp 2600+ K8 processors, including the Socket 754 Athlon XP-M, have a memory controller integrated on the CPU die, replacing the traditional concept of FSB. Welcome to TechSpot. Nice job with the table, btw... The site your looking at doesn't tell you which pins are already connected internally, but its easy enough to work out.
